Katie and Danielle COOK!!! I had an impulsive decision to go platinum blonde from brown (some box dye on the ends included) a short while ago. In just two sessions, Katie was able to take me there under Danielle’s guidance. Danielle is a phenomenal instructor, and Katie is just all around amazing, careful, and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing; everyone here is so friendly. I love this place, and I love how I can provide some time/experience to a student while also not paying the premium price of other salons. Couldn’t be happier!

I haven’t received a service here so I cannot say anything bad on that behalf. However, I was supposed to start school here in July, keep in mind the lady I had originally signed up with Cee’Cee, we had a schedule agreement but she no longer worked there. There was no professionalism in calling me letting me know the recruiter no longer worked there, and that they do not offer weekend classes. A new recruiter had to tell me she no longer worked there and they did not offer classes over the weekend. They also didn’t give me a refund for the registration fee which I thought was mind blowing given the circumstances that nothing was addressed to me. In addition, the new recruiter Shannon never called me back regarding the refund that I asked her prior to, I had to personally go up there and ask after a month, all I got was it is non-refundable, no apology or anything for the miscommunication, the lack of acknowledgment on their behalf for not checking paperwork. I also told the financial aid lady and the main person of contact Nicole my schedule so it was just absurd. They don’t try to work with you at all, and they only care about the money. Some people have great experiences and that’s fine in my case I didn’t. Anyways really do your research before committing to this school.

Overall they did a fantastic job. There was an emergency that happened beyond their control and they don’t have plans in place for that which left them scrambling to finish my hair I was at the point I was going to finish it my myself but in the end they got it done and I love the results. I would have given 5 stars. I will go back and for other services as well.
